If the ball is to fall exactly vertically onto a trampoline, this rarely works reliably with the standard GraviTrax elements such as the free fall or the vortex. The ball has too much play in the hole and can therefore fall onto the trampoline at the wrong angle.
This is where the Straight Fall comes in. It's an insert for a base stone, providing three entry points for the ball. The Straight Fall protrudes 20mm downwards from the GraviTrax base stone, leaving the ball very little room. This guides the ball downwards in a straight line, similar to a rifle barrel.
